Mentoring
At Dove, we equip with:
Individual Mentoring – Both Paul and Juanita meet with individuals on an ongoing basis. Whether it is praying for a specific need, looking at what the Word says about a topic or sharing practically, mentoring has taken place for numerous people. As the Lord leads, they meet with people once, for a short time or an extended time inspiring them to become equipped to fulfill the Great Commission at home and to the ends of the earth.
Marketplace Ministry – Whether it is assisting with the day to day operations where both Paul and Juanita work or encouraging and praying with co-workers, they consider their roles to be a ministry to share God's love to inspire others to follow Jesus.
